So Kenny went to his 1-year doctor's visit. Kenny weighed in at 27-pounds and 12-ounces. He is also 31 1/2 inches long. So Kenny is about the size of your average 2-year old at the moment. The most important thing is that Kenny is healthy. We really need to see if we can get Kenny to eat more. He is just wasting away.

Tiger Sighting!
This past Wednesday Dad and I went to the US Open at Bethpage Black. This was the 3rd US Open practice round we had been to (Shinnecock Hills - 2004, Winged Foot - 2006, Bethpage 2009). We didn't get to see Tiger Woods play but we did see him walking to the clubhouse.
The course was set-up to be much harder than when I played it a few years ago. It seems hard but I think the other two US Opens we went to were probably more difficult.
A little light rough
Kenny is starting to enjoy going to the mall's playground. His favorite thing by far is the tube. Heather will go to one end and he'll crawl as fast as he can. He also likes looking at other babies and playing with anyone who will go near him. Heather thinks he gets a little confused as to who some people are. He kept going over to a women that looked like April. He also like going towards anything that has wheels. So don't leave your stroller unattended.
Coming...
And Going...
Hey! Look at ME!
Unlike his cousin Sofia, Kenny doesn't mind being in the dog's cage. If there is a ball in there and a water dish he couldn't be happier.
Kenny has learned how great ultra quilted bathroom tissue is
My parents and I went to Friendly's for dinner. Here is some of the highlights of the meal.

Has It Been 5-Years Already?
Heather and I celebrated our 5th Anniversary. I can't believe it's been 5-years already (we've actually been together for 14-years and it feels like it (hee-hee)). We celebrated a day early by going to Ikea for dinner and shopping with our little monster (woo-hoo). My mom is watching Kenny for us this coming weekend so we can go out for a meal and movie. Earlier in the week we got ourselves an anniversary present, a new mattress. The bed we had was 13 or 14-years old, it was definitely time for a new one. Here is a picture of Kenny and Heather trying out the beds at Bob's (we ended up getting a Bob-opedic bed). Kenny really liked trying out all the beds.
I'm really getting tired of everyone telling Kenny how cute he is. Everyone at Bob's told us how cute he was. Everyone at Stew Leonard's told us how cute he was (he was flirting with every women he saw). I want someone to come up ans say, "Oh, what a ugly baby you have." I need someone to knock Kenny down a peg, he's getting quite an ego.
We also got a new grill. My mom saw a really nice grill at the Homedepot that was on sale for half price. Heather and I assembled it this Sunday and we are going to break it in tonight. Thanks Mom and Dad for a great anniversary present.
Happy 65th Birthday Mom! Wait I think I have that wrong by a couple of years, oh well we'll round-up. My mom actually had an idea of what she wanted for her birthday this year, a bike. She already got it and it seems pretty nice. We just need to get her a helmet.
I got my mom the greatest birthday card ever. Here is roughly what the cover looked like (two prairie dogs smelling the air).

The inside of the card says, "I think I smell old people." The back of the card says, "I think we're in luck, I smell cake too." This card is so my sense of humor. I was laughing when I came out of the store. Heather thinks I'm crazy. You can anticipate getting this card in the near future if you know me.
